2. GENERAL TERMS OF USE FOR THE WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED.

Use of the u-space.fr website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of use described below. These terms and conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time; users of the u-space.fr website are therefore encouraged to review them regularly.
This site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, U-Space may decide to interrupt access for technical maintenance purposes, in which case it will endeavor to notify users in advance of the dates and times of such maintenance.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

U-Space shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment while accessing the u-space.fr website, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications set forth in Section 4, or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.
U-Space shall also not be held liable for indirect damages (such as, for example, loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the u-space.fr website.

U-Space reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in these forums that violates applicable French law, particularly provisions regarding data protection. 7. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

In France, personal data is protected in particular by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising from the use of the u-space.fr website shall be governed by French law. The competent courts of Toulouse shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
