JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager (M/F) for a 12- to 14-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a strategic role within the company as a member of the Executive Committee.
Your main responsibilities will include :
→ HR Strategy and Policy : overseeing the implementation and updating of HR policies (recruitment, employee mobility, improvement of working conditions, compensation policy, etc.), ensuring compliance with these policies within the framework of the strategy defined by management.
→ Labor Law : Ensure compliance with labor regulations and the employer’s legal obligations (Labor Code, collective bargaining agreements, collective agreements, internal regulations).
→ Labor-Management Relations : Manage coordination and relations with the Social and Economic Committee (CSE).
→ HR Development : Oversee the implementation and coordination of HR development initiatives (onboarding, training plans, skills development, professional and annual review campaigns, people reviews, internal mobility, etc.).
→ Reporting and Analysis : Implement and manage monitoring and reporting tools across all HR areas, produce HR reports (HR dashboards, consolidation), and ensure their analysis and dissemination to senior management.
→ Legal Management : Handling legal procedures related to individual cases (mutually agreed termination, dismissal, litigation, etc.).
→ Workplace Climate and Culture : Maintaining a positive workplace climate and fostering a corporate culture by actively and confidentially listening to employees and helping to boost their motivation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
You hold a master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources, and have at least 8 years of solid experience in a similar role.
Ideally, you have worked in an SME and/or startup environment in a versatile HR role.
You are proficient in all areas of Human Resources management and have a solid understanding of labor law and labor relations.
Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement for the metalworking industry would be a plus.
Known for your excellent communication skills, you demonstrate independence, responsiveness, and a high degree of organizational rigor.
