The role
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Contracts Manager M/F for a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in early January 2027.
Your main responsibilities will be :
→ Drafting and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners in an international context,
→ Establishing standards for commercial and contractual proposals (client contracts, subcontracting, consortiums, commercial letters, ATPs, etc.),
→ Providing support to Sales Managers on financial aspects (currency hedging, payment profiles, inflation),
→ Securing commercial offers regarding intellectual property and insurance,
→ Providing cross-functional legal support, notably managing Export Control issues through first-level analysis and interfacing with our specialized law firm,
→ Translating technical challenges into clear, protective legal clauses for U-Space.
Candidate Profile
Holding a Master’s degree or equivalent (Business Law, Contract Management, or Business School), you have at least 5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager, gained negotiating complex technological systems in an industrial or tech environment (B2B/B2G).
You have in-depth knowledge of business law, and a good understanding of intellectual property and public/institutional law issues.
You have the ability to evolve with agility and pragmatism in a start-up/scale-up environment.
You enjoy teamwork and have the interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
You demonstrate proactivity, autonomy, and creativity in finding contractual solutions.
Knowledge of Export Control would also be appreciated.
Experience in the space sector would be a plus.
Fluency in both French and English is essential.
