Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Quality and Performance Department, as Product Assurance Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the compliance and reliability of products delivered to customers by overseeing product assurance from the pre-sales phase through to final delivery. As the client’s primary point of contact, you ensure technical compliance with contractual requirements, the approval of deviations and exceptions, and final design compliance, all within an environment that prioritizes personal safety and continuous improvement.
In this role, your main responsibilities are as follows:
→ Ensure contractual compliance: ensure that the customer’s quality requirements are reviewed, validated, negotiated, and applied,
→ Manage product reliability: ensure that design and manufacturing processes minimize the risk of in-orbit failure,
→ Serve as a cross-functional liaison: act as the interface between business needs, project technical constraints, and U-Space’s quality standards,
→ Ensure product integrity and verify that the “as-built” product corresponds exactly to the “as-designed” product,
→ Manage changes: analyze the impact of each technical change on product reliability and certification,
→ Validate the final documentation package (EIDP – End Item Data Package) prior to delivery to the customer, ensuring that every component and every test is documented
